We are so thorough while performing your maintenances we guarantee no break downs. This is limited by 2 unpredictable breakdowns, capacitor failure and refrigerant leaks. We will also make any additional recommendations not covered by these plans if something presents itself. If you decline these recommendations at that time we do not guarantee no breakdown.

- Clean drain system and ensure your unit is level ensuring no water is sitting stagnant in the primary drain pan.
- Clean and inspect your heat strips
- Tighten electrical connections and add anti oxidant to any aluminum wires
- Wash condenser with water ensuring no debris is impeding air flow
- Check indoor coil
- Make any air flow modifications to ensure proper air flow for peak efficiency

- Ability Air will clean your drain for free if it clogs between maintenances as long as your plan is active
